Tied London District Office of Muswell Hill, LONDON E5(?) X MY14 63 and numeral 90. Obverse with 'England Franco' mark, black in italic script. Backstamped receiving mark for Amsterdam in red AMSTERDAM 16-5 16-12 63 and a prominent red wax seal.
