Unauthorised overprinting in 1964 on 5np, 10np, 15np & 20np values each in top marginal block of 16 unmounted mint, prepared by Finbar Kenny to recover the costs of buying the postal contract off Baroody Stamp Co. However, the British Postal Administration rejected the design and they were not accepted for use. Scarce 'set' of four, interesting for any Middle East collection. (64).
