1941 1d scarlet block of 4 with central 14 Jun CDS cancel with top right perfs showing blind perfs in vertical row, cut across the top. Unusual complete with 1977 German certificate. Lt Williams Newports handbook states only two such varieties are known to exist, unpriced. SG 2.
