Belgian Jean-Baptiste Moens produced this value from Moresnet Neutral condo. to trick a French stamp journalist (who copied Moens work) into accepting their use as genuine in 1867. (34 stamps).

Sent from Beyne Heusen to Antwerp. Very scarce use of the Belgian Jean-Baptiste Moens bogus stamp produced to trick a French stamp journalist (who copied Moens work) into accepting their use as genuine in 1867.
