1936 (4th May) LZ129 1st North America Flight Cover (few wrinkles) to Hannover from Frankfurt bearing LZ129 Zeppelin defins 50pf & 75pf tied BAHNPOST cds with red airship cachet alongside. The airship was destroyed by fire 14 months later while landing at Lakehurst Naval Air Station USA.

1938 (1st December) LZ130 1st Sudetenland Flight plain postcard 50pf tied RHEIN MAIN Flug und Luftschiffen cds to Baden with red airship cachet alongside. The airship was staffed by 62 crew members and the Graff Zeppelin II made 30 flights in 11 months in 1938-39 some being propaganda publicity flights with air ministry staff to conduct radio surveillance and measurements in WWII.
