1854 1a red attractive very large four margined forgery used dotted cancel, fine.
1854 ½a blue two poor examples plus 4a red and indigo x three examples cut to shape, one with 96 numeral cancel. Faults. (5).
1854 Imperfs selection of six stamps incl ½a blue, 1a red (2), 2a green (3), fine used good four margin examples. (6).
1854-55 1a red Die I used neat 17 diamond barred cancel, thinned on one side with four good margins, nice looker, SG 12.
1857 Tatty native cover bearing ½a blue (3 margins) neatly tied 14 numeral diamond barred cancel, SOORPORE red backstamp along with incomplete transit cds. Nice postally used cover. SG 2.
1866 Colour trial essay 4a brown inscribed West India Postage imperf on thick paper, full gum on reverse with even margins all round. This essay is inscribed WEST INDIA POSTAGE, the issued design (SG 69) is inscribed EAST INDIA POSTAGE otherwise the essay is exactly the same deign. Attractive album piece.
1883 Tatty cover Calcutta to Wales bearing multi franked incl 4a blue-green strip of three, ½a blue strip of three and single each tied large C cancels, with arrival b/s. Poor condition but huge 14a rate.
