Group of commercial covers mainly 1920s-1940s including many nice combinations noted printed registered envs., 1935 with 90c red imperf single with 60c, 1920s with 1fr values, 1928 Monaco Stamp Exhib special cancels on 25c red on yellow gutter pair, etc (15).
Mint and used collection on printed leaves in a springback binder, sparse but some better incl airs, 1885 to 40c, 1891 to 1f, 1924-33 to 10f, 1939 to 20f, 1942 long set mint, 1938 10f M/S roughly used on cover (Cat £130 used), etc.
Postal Stationery: 1890-1914 used cards for 10c brown for both issues, 0.10c on 15c Tax Reduite surcharged envelope to German Commander of 5th Regt, Hotel De Russie, 1894 5c blue used, 1914 25c blue reply card, 10c red etc (7 + 1 unused).
Stockbook with a mint and mainly used assembly duplicated including 1885 to 1f with 25c green (17 + pair cat £100 each), 75c f.u. (Cat £170), 1f (short corner cat £700), 1891 25c green (20+ cat £50 each), 1933 air used, 1933 vals to 20f used (Cat £500+), 1950 Accession 50c printed card for Prince Rainier, etc. High cat.
Undated cover to Germany bearing 1891-1921 1c, 2c (2), 6c yellow-green (2) & 10c red tied undated cds cancels, pretty combination.
1960-1992 Unusual mint collection in two special printed 3 ring binder published by Kenmore Stamp Company. Much complete including miniature sheets, ideal project for expansion, dozens of thematics, light toning on top of leaves (does not detract), not always offered. 100s. Good cat value.
1970 Birds printing error: 1c Red-footed Booby complete sheet of 25 showing gold frame misprinted downwards by 5½mm, normal sheet for comparison. Striking misprint, SG 242 var.
